Property development and management

We are a multinational investor-developer-manager of real estate products and services across the property value chain. Frasers Property is a top residential developer in Australia, Singapore and Thailand. Beyond these three key markets, we also possess strong local knowledge and relationships in China, Vietnam, UK, and the EU.

 

In Singapore, we manage a portfolio of suburban shopping malls and office properties. In Australia, we have 100 years of experience in property development and management across asset classes. We bring a unique expertise in developing complex, mixed-use or integrated developments such as the award-winning Central Park in Sydney as well as One Bangkok in Thailand. 

WHAT WE DO

Property investments & REIT manager

We selectively acquire and invest in properties to optimise and manage our multi-asset class portfolio. This has enabled the Group to steadily increase our property assets from recurring income asset classes. 

 

As REIT manager, we are responsible for the formulation and execution of asset and investor management strategies for the REIT as well as fund-related matters including financing, tax and regulatory matters. Frasers Property is the sponsor of two REITs and one stapled trust listed on the SGX-ST, with the Singapore suburban retail-focused Frasers Centrepoint Trust (FCT) and Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust (FLCT) for industrial and commercial properties in major developed markets. Frasers Hospitality Trust (FHT) specialises in hospitality assets. The Group has two REITs listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand with Frasers Property Thailand Industrial Freehold & Leasehold REIT (FTREIT) and Golden Ventures REIT.

Hospitality management

Our hospitality business consists of over 100 properties across more than 20 countries. Today, we are one of the world's largest and fastest-growing operators of serviced apartments, hotels and premium rental apartments. Our award-winning brand portfolio comprises five distinctive brands – Fraser Suites, Fraser Residence, Fraser Place, Capri by Fraser and Modena by Fraser, which redefine comfort, convenience and personalisation for discerning guests.

Frasers Property Capital

A corporate unit focused on capital partnerships with long-term strategic institutional investors. This is in line with our capital management strategy to diversify capital sources for pursuing market opportunities with more agility. Over the years, we have worked with different investors and developers who recognise the strong capabilities we have built across our asset classes and markets. With this set-up, we aim to pursue mutually beneficial relationships with like-minded capital partners by offering relevant investment opportunities across the Group.
