Chengdu Frasers Logistics Hub
The Chengdu Frasers Logistics Hub, A-Space (大合仓), is being developed in four phases.

This 195,845 sqm land, acquired in 2007, can yield a total GFA of about 585,000 sqm covers four plots of industrial land. FPL has an 80% interest in a joint venture with local Chinese partner, Zhong Tuo Real Estate.
A-Space (大合仓) comprises of office units and retail warehouse has been well-received as an office location choice due to its modern building architecture and eco-garden theme.
In 2019, it has been awarded the "Fu Rong Cup (芙蓉杯)" for Chengdu Quality Project and also won the recognition of Specialized (Characteristic) Building by the Chengdu Building Grade Rating Committee in 2019.
The entire logistics hub is targeted for completion by 2025.
