We have been alerted to the presence of unauthorised Telegram accounts impersonating representatives of Frasers Centrepoint Trust (“FCT”). These fraudulent accounts may attempt to engage with shareholders and the public, or solicit sensitive information under false pretenses.
Please be aware that these messages from these accounts are part of a phishing scam. FCT will never use Telegram or other social media channels to request for personal or financial information.

Frasers Centrepoint Trust
Frasers Centrepoint Trust (“FCT”) is a leading developer-sponsored retail real estate investment trust (“REIT”) and the one of the largest suburban retail mall owners in Singapore. FCT’s property portfolio comprises nine retail malls and an office building located in the suburban regions of Singapore, near homes and within minutes to transportation amenities. The retail portfolio has approximately 2.7 million square feet of net lettable area with over 1,600 leases with a strong focus on providing necessity spending, food & beverage and essential services.
